SPSP Anime offers printed T-shirts featuring original and anime-inspired artwork, plain T-shirts, and bulk T-shirt orders. All products are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing, especially in the case of approved bulk, corporate, or business orders. Product availability may change from time to time, and SPSP Anime reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product, design, size, color, or stock without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed and may be offered a suitable alternative or a refund, at our discretion.
All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by SPSP Anime. While we strive to fulfill every order, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in limited circumstances such as stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, payment issues, or suspected misuse or fraudulent activity. An order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received and the product has been dispatched. Order confirmation messages or emails alone do not constitute final acceptance.
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or additional fees will be clearly shown at the time of checkout. SPSP Anime accepts commonly used Indian payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and supported mobile wallets. International payment methods, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies are not accepted. Prices, discounts, offers, and promotions may be revised or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Bulk orders may be subject to minimum quantity requirements, customized pricing, and specific production timelines. All bulk order specifications, including artwork approval, sizing details, fabric type, print placement, delivery schedule, and payment terms, are confirmed prior to acceptance.
If a customer provides a custom design for printing on a single T-shirt or as part of a bulk order, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the design does not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights. By submitting a design, the customer confirms that they own the rights or have obtained necessary permissions. SPSP Anime is happy to assist with printing such designs; however, responsibility for the content of customer-provided artwork remains with the customer.
Once a bulk order has been approved and payment is completed, production planning begins using dedicated resources. At this stage, changes or cancellations may be limited; however, customers are encouraged to contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist wherever possible.
We make every effort to accurately display product images, colors, sizes, materials, and descriptions on the website. Customers are kindly requested to review size charts, fabric details, and product information carefully before placing an order. Minor variations in color tone, texture, print placement, or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, printing techniques, or manufacturing processes. Such variations are a natural part of apparel production and are not considered defects. All products undergo quality inspection prior to dispatch.
Currently, SPSP Anime delivers products only within India. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and depend on factors such as product availability, order volume, and courier partner operations. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays or external events.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy. Generally, returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to verification. Customers may be required to provide supporting evidence such as photographs or unboxing videos. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and retain original tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, stains, washing, or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. While not mandatory, an unboxing video helps us resolve concerns such as missing items, incorrect products, or transit-related damage more efficiently.
SPSP Anime uses original and creative artwork, including designs inspired by popular anime themes and styles. These designs are independent artistic expressions and are not intended to infringe upon or violate any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. We respect the creativity and rights of original creators and aim to ensure our artwork remains transformative and compliant with applicable laws.
All designs, artworks, illustrations, logos, images, text, and branding elements displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of SPSP Anime. These elements form a core part of our brand identity and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from SPSP Anime.
Users are expected to use the website responsibly and lawfully.
