Return requests should be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery. To help us verify and resolve issues related to damaged or incorrect items, we may request supporting images or an unboxing video, depending on the nature of the concern. Returned items are expected to be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact, so the process remains smooth for everyone involved.

We currently offer doorstep pickup for approved returns, making the process even more convenient for our customers. Once your return request is approved, our team will coordinate the pickup from your address at the earliest possible time.

After the returned item reaches us and is reviewed based on the concern raised, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI, and customers may be requested to share the necessary details to complete the transaction. The refund will include the product cost along with any applicable return shipping charges, where relevant.
